Proptech company Propely has in recent months reinforced its team to ensure further growth and development.
At a time when the real estate market is characterized by economic and political uncertainty, it sees a unique opportunity to help property managers focus on cost savings and increased operational efficiency. Propely is a modern communication platform that simplifies the everyday lives of managers through a full-fledged FDV system, tenant portal and insight module for the entire portfolio. They have recently reached an important milestone by exceeding NOK 10 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
CEO and Co-founder of Propely, Kristoffer Moe Lundquist, emphasizes that the focus on new hires has been a strategic investment to drive further growth in the organization.
- “Each of our new hires brings a unique expertise that will help strengthen the company as a whole” says Lundquist.
The Customer Success department has received a significant boost with the addition of Carolin Boström, Fredrik Jensen, and Sebastian Schmidt Andersen. Boström, previously from Kindly, specializes in Conversational AI and Customer Service. Jensen has extensive experience in business development from Schibsted and Talentech, among others. Following the hiring of new Head of Sales in May, Morten Ullnæss, the sales team has added two new members to the team, which will be strategically important for Propely's further growth. Christian Schartum with a background from the renowned proptech company Marketer, has solid experience from sales processes in a company with high commercial growth. Oskar Lie, with previous experience in Innovation Support, brings valuable expertise to the commercial team in sales processes and customer follow-up.
Ida Norseng Tandberg is the company's new Marketing Manager and brings with her experience in branding, marketing and communication from her previous role at Marketer.
- “Propely is in an exciting growth phase with great potential. Being able to contribute to the design of the brand at this stage is incredibly rewarding”, says Tandberg.
The latest hire is Kristoffer Olavesen, a UX designer with experience from startups and design agencies who will help create even better user experiences and interfaces for Propely.
