AKA selects Propely for the entire property portfolio

Propely has announced a partnership with AKA. The aim is to strengthen AKA's management across the organisation by using Propely's platform for 300 commercial properties in Norway and Denmark.

The signing with AKA represents a significant strengthening of Propely's position in commercial real estate and will further expand their ability to deliver premium real estate solutions. The deal was formally signed at the end of February and both companies are looking forward to a long-term partnership.

The centralized communications and increased insights enabled by Propely lead to faster coverage of reporting requirements, significant time savings in DD processes, and a marked reduction in costs associated with manual processes.

The partnership involves AKA utilising Propely for its portfolio of commercial properties, with integration to other systems for streamlining. Through this collaboration, both will work closely together to realize synergies and deliver added value to AKA's partners.
