Propely changed the working methodology at SEFF Holding

Efficient operation and better follow-up

“Propely has changed our working methodology at SEFF. The goal was for us to stop with mail and all that mail correspondence. While we can't quit email altogether, we can at least cut down on it. Everything internal to us, such as entering deviations, we do in Propely. For us, it was also important that the tenants were able to use the service, which they do.

Digital tools are what we carry with us all the time. The most important tool I have in my workday is my phone, and on it I have Propely available to one every time.

“What I like most about Propely is that it's simple and intuitive. It only took us a couple of days to get into the system and start using it. What I feel I get most left for is that I can now follow up operations and the operations manager in a more efficient way. Before, all communication went by mail and I had to ask questions about what had been done. But now, with Propely, everything is registered and scrapped, which has resulted in less follow-up on my part,” says Anne Marte Ryfetten, Property Manager at SEFF Holding.
