Propely continues to grow: Now they occupy the public sector

Propely, a leading provider of modern property management solutions, has reached an important milestone by securing its first contract with a public player. Lom Municipality is Propely's first public customer, marking the company's entry into the public and municipal sector.

Ever since 2019, Propely has been developing functionality in the platform based on the market and customer wishes. Following a broad and targeted dialogue across the public sector over the past year, the company is convinced that the municipal sector also has the same need for modern, communication-based management solutions as in the private sector.

A natural development

After five years of solid growth in the private sector, Propely is now taking a natural step further by offering the same solution to the public sector. This step builds on the company's existing strengths and forms part of a broader, strategic effort to deliver total deliveries to the entire Norwegian market.

Propely is an innovative tech company providing software for the management industry. Since the first launch of the platform in 2019, they have gained a strong foothold in the Norwegian real estate market within management, operations and maintenance. The client portfolio is constantly increasing and among its customers are large Norwegian commercial real estate agents such as Ragde Eiendom, AKA, Eiendomsspar, Coop, Reitan, Smedvig, Alti and others.

The portfolio of over 180 clients and more than 6000 properties registered in the platform shows that the product is scalable and can serve anything from small to large property owners. The company's solutions enable seamless communication between all stakeholders, ensure effective follow-up of FM, suppliers, and tenants, and offer advanced tools for insight and analysis.
